Founded in 2002 by John Carpenter, CNC Computer Integration,  LLC was the first firm to perfect wireless transmission of CNC and DNC programs on the electrically noisy shop floor.

Many of the WireFreeShop® products are engineered and designed at the headquarters in Somers, CT with support organizations throughout the country.

WireFree devices are used to replace wired network connections in manufacturing plants. These plants usually use a wired Ethernet or RS232 connections to communicate data between master computers and the CNC (computer numeric control) machines which do the actual work. Once the WireFree products were developed, it became clear that a WireFree communications hub existed on the shop floor for the first time ever. CNC Computer Integration has been continually adding additional WireFree products to take advantage of its Data Relay Point™ technology . Today, the WireFreeShop® is a reality.
